One Toolbox. The whole business in it.
Phone, scheduling, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, website, directory listing — and AI on every one of them. Built as one product because that's how the work actually is.
The home services industry has been unbundled by middlemen for two decades. Pros now pay seven different companies to handle what is, in their working life, one continuous customer relationship. We don't think that's progress. We think it's extortion. The HomeGuild Toolbox is the whole business in one place — because that's how it should have been built the first time.
One Toolbox replaces
Field service software · Phone system · Lead generation · Website builder · Business email · Review management · Payment processing
It's not seven tools. It's one continuous relationship.
A customer finds you in the directory. The agent answers when you can't. The conversation lands in your inbox. You schedule the visit, walk the job, send the estimate, do the work, send the invoice, get paid. The agent follows up for a review. The relationship is yours — and so is the next one.
That's the whole business in one continuous flow. One product. One profile. One bill.
Ops
Lead to paid, on your terms.
Ops is the daily operations of the business — the logistics. Lead, estimate, job, change order, invoice, payment — every stage of the work, in one pipeline. Or skip the stages that don't fit. A one-off invoice doesn't need a lead. A repeat customer doesn't need an estimate. The pipeline is here when you want it; it gets out of the way when you don't.
Most software tells you how to run your business. The Toolbox doesn't. You decide the workflow. We just make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
And the conversation lives where the work does. Comms isn't a separate place you go — it's a panel that sits next to whatever you're working on. When you're working a job, building an estimate, or reviewing an invoice, the customer's text thread is right there. No flipping screens. No losing your place.

Comms
One number. One inbox. One conversation.
Calls, texts, and messages — all in one place, no matter who's talking. The customer rings your business number. You pick up, or the agent does. Every conversation lands in the same inbox, threaded chronologically, regardless of channel.
The phone is integrated. When a call comes in, the customer's history is already there: their last job, their open invoice, their saved address. The agent is listening alongside — surfacing talking points as the conversation unfolds, so you've got the context without asking for it. You can pull up another record, schedule the next visit, or send a follow-up text — the call stays live the whole time.
When you hang up, the agent presents action items pulled from the call: the follow-up to send, the appointment to book, the estimate to draft. You decide what gets done. The notes are already on the customer record, because that's where the call happened.
When you can't answer, the agent does. The agent knows your business because you trained it to.

Every screen has an agent. Ask it a question, tell it what to do, or ignore it entirely and run the app the way you always have. The agent isn't trying to replace your judgment — it's trying to save your hands. And the more you tell it about your business, the better it gets. The agent that answers your phone is the agent you taught.
This isn't a feature we added. The Toolbox was built from the ground up with AI in mind, because we had the luxury of building in the age of AI. The competitors retrofitting AI onto products designed before it existed are doing the harder thing. We did the obvious thing. That's how the Guild works — we do what makes sense.
One icon, one meaning. When you see it in the Toolbox, the agent is one click away. Same icon, same agent, every screen.
HQ
The foundation everything runs on.
Behind every smooth job is the quiet work that made it smooth. Customers in the right place. Crews scheduled without conflicts. Line items priced and taxed correctly. HQ is where you set up the bones of the business — once — so the rest of the Toolbox just works.
The pieces are simple on purpose. Customers, with their full history attached. Crews, defined by capacity so two jobs can happen at once when you want them to. Business items, priced once and reused across estimates and invoices. Tax collections, set by rate so they apply correctly every time. Schedule, integrated with the agent so you see what's busy, what's open, and what's tomorrow.
Digital Presence
Where the world finds you.
Your digital presence is everything the world sees when they go looking — your website, your directory listing, your reviews, your phone number, your email, your Google profile, your social posts. Most pros have these scattered across five or six vendors. A domain registrar over here. A website builder over there. A separate review platform. A separate scheduling tool that handles SMS. A Google Business Profile they set up once and never logged back into.
The Toolbox handles all of it from one place. Your website on your domain. Your business email on the same domain. Your phone and SMS, your directory listing, your reviews — one identity across the web, configured once.
And we're built for where customers are actually looking. Today, that means Google, your own site, and the HomeGuild directory. It increasingly means AI assistants — when someone asks Claude or ChatGPT for a handyman in Warrenton, the directory answers. Google Business Profile sync is coming later this year. Social posts after that. The map is shifting, and we're shipping for where it's going.
Reviews are part of the same surface, and they're mediated. Reviews come in through the client app. Four stars and up post as expected. Anything below four enters mediation: the review isn't published while you're notified, you reach out, you fix the issue, and the customer can revise if they choose to. We don't write the response. We don't pressure the customer. We're the neutral party — we just give you the time and space to do right by them before a miscommunication becomes a permanent dent in your record.

Start free. Bring your business with you.
The Apprentice tier is free, and it isn't a gimped trial. Everything you do here — the questions you answer, the business plan you build — trains the agent on your business. By the time you upgrade, the agent already knows you.
Most AI tools treat your business generically. They don't know your service area, your pricing, your hours, your favorite supply house. They can't help you because they don't know you. The Guild took the opposite approach: we looked at what a service business actually needs to do — what works, refined over generations — and built the onboarding around that. Your apprentice work is real business work. The training is the byproduct.
The more you tell it, the better it gets. That's the bargain, said honestly.
Stop paying for seven things to get one.
If you're shopping the Toolbox against Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or anyone else, the question worth asking isn't who has more features? It's what does it cost to actually run my business on this thing?
Here's the math.
| What you get | HomeGuild $149/mo | Jobber Plus $599/mo | Housecall Pro MAX $329/mo + add-ons | ServiceTitan ~$245+/tech/mo |

Or just try the darn thing.
Some pros want the guided experience. Some pros just want to drive the car.
